A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Appointments canceled or changed with less than 24 hours notice, missed appointments, or no-shows may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service amount.

Clients arriving significantly late may receive a shortened session in order to avoid disrupting other scheduled appointments. Appointments may be considered a no-show if the client has not arrived or contacted the office within 10 minutes of the scheduled appointment time.  Full appointment fees will still apply.

Repeated late cancellations, rescheduling, no-shows, or habitual lateness may result in refusal of future appointments or require prepayment for future bookings.

Cancellation fees may be waived at the therapist's discretion in cases of illness, emergencies or unavoidable circumstances.
